Police have arrested a man, who, they say, was exposing fake genitalia to women on a Maryland college campus.

Police arrested Jacob L. Bovia, 28, of Annapolis, on Friday after allegedly finding him “acting suspicious” in the parking lot of Anne Arundel Community College.

Authorities had received several reports of indecent exposure at the Arnold campus, according to police. After finding Bovia, police said, they found that he had “simulated” indecent exposure using fake genitalia.

Bovia was charged with indecent exposure and disorderly conduct, police said.
