Man fires gun at ‘party bus’ in Md., police say

Police are seeking information about an alleged road rage incident involving a “party bus” on the Baltimore-Washington Parkway Sunday that ended in a shooting.

Nobody was injured when a passenger in a black BMW fired at the bus, sending a bullet through the bus windshield, according to the U.S. Park Police.

Police believe the people inside the two vehicles had a tense interaction at about 3:30 a.m. The bus, which was ferrying about 50 passengers after a party, stopped in the median strip on the eastbound New York Avenue ramp, according to police.

The BMW stopped in front of the bus, police said, and a passenger leaned out of his window and fired at the bus.

Police are looking for a older model black four-door BMW with D.C. tags.

Investigators ask anyone with information about the incident to call 202-610-8737.
