Man killed at job site in Arlington

A man in his 20s was killed in Arlington Wednesday afternoon when he was electrocuted while working in an electrical closet, police said.

The man, who was not immediately identified, was part of a construction crew working in a mixed use residential and commercial building in the 2200 block of Pershing Drive.

At about 1:45 p.m., he came in contact with a main electrical line, according to Arlington police. He was taken to a local hospital and pronounced dead.
