Man stabbed early Wednesday in Northeast D.C.

A man was stabbed multiple times Wednesday in an early morning attack in Northeast D.C.

Police said the victim was attacked shortly before 3:30 a.m. on Lincoln Road near R Street NE. The man was reportedly stabbed several times, but was conscious when police found him.

The man was taken to a local hospital for treatment. Police have not yet released his identity, details about his condition, or suspect information.
