Three young men have been arrested in connection with the robbery last month of a man who was found severely injured in a residential area of Capitol Hill, D.C. Police Chief Cathy Lanier said Wednesday night.

The males, ranging from 17 to 21 years old, were were not immediately identified.

Police said the three suspects are believed to have stolen a cell phone. Earlier that evening, Maslin had been assaulted, and he sustained head injuries. His wife said last month that Maslin’s cell phone was missing.

Maslin, 29, a Capitol Hill resident who worked as an energy analyst, was found later that day on the front porch of a home around the corner from the Eastern Market. After the assault, he apparently stumbled from door to door in search of help.
