Prince William County police have arrested two men in connection with what authorities say is the murder of a man whose body was dumped on a Woodbridge street Tuesday.

Police have arrested Juan Carlos Flores, 25, and charged him with first-degree murder. Jose Miguel Diaz, 28, of the 14000 block of Westminster Lane has been charged with accessory after the fact to murder.

Police also identified the victim, Barbaro Lupe Alonso-Iraola, 47, of no fixed address. Authorities say he died of knife wounds and blunt trauma to his face.

Diaz did not participate in the killing — either before it happened or after, said Officer Jonathan Perok, a department spokesman. But he declined to elaborate further on Diaz’s role.

Diaz was also not the second man that witnesses saw when two men were seen allegedly dumping Alonso-Iraola’s body Tuesday in the 15000 block of Cardin Place in Woodbridge about 11 p.m. Police are looking for the second man, who has been described as a short Hispanic or white man that was last seen wearing a black, short sleeve T-shirt with a square design and red and white colors and a black stocking cap, according to police.
