Prince William County police have arrested and charged a third suspect in the fatal shooting of a Dumfries woman last week.

Police have charged Reginald K. Tolliver, 38, of no fixed address with first-degree murder in the killing of Tasheka Lashon Leavell, 35, according to a police department news release.

A court date has not been scheduled. Leavell was found shot after police responded to an early morning call in the 17600 block of Washington Street in Dumfries on Thursday.

Tolliver’s two brothers — Christopher J. Tolliver, 27, of the 17600 block of Washington Street in Dumfries and Douglas J. Tolliver, 29, of the 4000 block of Jonathan Court — are also being sought on first-degree murder charges, police say.

Anyone with information relating to the case or the whereabouts of Christopher and Douglas Tolliver is asked to call Crime Solvers at 703-670-3700 or 1-866-411-TIPS.
