The assault happened near Lourdes and Hickory drives about 6:30 a.m.when a stranger walked up to the girl and wrestled her to the ground, according to Prince George’s County police.

The victim managed to kick the man, escape and tell her father, who called police.

Officers patrolled the areas around three bus stops Thursday afternoon but did not find him, police said.

Police on Friday released a composite sketch of the suspect, who was described as a black male in his late 20s or early 30s standing about 6 ft. tall and weighing 170 lbs. He was last seen wearing sweat pants and a gray hooded sweatshirt, police said.

Anyone with information is asked to call 1-866-411 TIPS (8477).
