On Sunday, Charles County investigators found a 2006 Grand Prix destroyed by a fire in near 3030 Baptist Church Rd. in Nanjemoy, according to the state fire marshal’s office.

Investigators determined that the fire was set intentionally with the intention of abandoning it and defrauding an insurance company, authorities said.

Ronald Perry, 28, was found nearby and arrested Sunday. Nira Monk, 29, and Nira Monkwere taken into custody Wednesday. All three were charged with second-degree arson, according to authorities.
