A Wednesday morning fight at High Point High School in Beltsville led to the arrest of three students, including one who was stabbed during the melee, police said.

The fight broke out in the school's hallway about 9:45 a.m., said Cpl. Evan Baxter, a Prince George's County police spokesman. He said one student involved in the fight was stabbed, but his injuries were thought to be minor.

Baxter said the three students who were arrested likely will be charged with assault in the juvenile justice system. He said he did not know what the fight stemmed from.
