Two men invade Prince William home

Prince William County Police are looking for two men who invaded a Woodbridge home Wednesday morning, leaving with cash and a firearm, police said.

Two men called police to the 13500 block of Haversack Lane around 10 a.m. Wednesday and reported that two males, armed with shotguns, forced their way into their home, Prince William Police spokesman Jonathan Perok said.

The victims told police that two men rang the doorbell, then forced their way into the home, Perok said, adding that he did not know if the door was unlocked. The men left in a light red SUV with an undisclosed amount of money, a firearm, one of the victim’s wallets and a cell phone, police said.

No injuries were reported and police said they believe this was not a random act. Police said on the robbers is between 20 and 30 years old, 6 feet tall and about 200 pounds. The second man is about the same size and was wearing a mask, police said.
