D.C. Police are investigating two deadly shootings that took place Friday night and Saturday morning, a spokesman said.
The first incident was reported at 11:30 p.m. Friday in the rear of the1200 block of 18th Place NE. Officers responding to the scene found a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, according to police.

On Saturday, police identified the man as Ervin Lamont Griffin, 32, of the District. He was prnounced dead on the scene.

The second incident was reported at 5:40 a.m. Saturday in the 3700 block of Jay St. NE, where officers found a man shot, according to police.

They identified the man as Junon Tyree Snead, 30, of the District. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police said they had no motives or suspects in either case.
