BALTIMORE — Baltimore police say a man wanted by authorities in Mississippi has been arrested while driving the cab of a stolen tractor trailer.

Police say officers received a call about the stolen vehicle being driven through areas of south Baltimore just after 6 p.m. on Wednesday night.

Police say units tried to stop the driver, but he refused to stop. He eventually headed into Prince George’s County. He later lost control of the truck at an intersection and was arrested.

Baltimore police and the U.S. Park Police are expected to file charges against the driver. His name has not yet been released because he has not yet been formally charged.
