Woodbridge janitor charged with secretly videotaping woman in shower

A 53-year-old Woodbridge man was arrested after he allegedly videotaped a woman showering at a counseling center, Prince William County police said.

According to police, Americo Rodolpho Rodriguez-Zabalbeascoa, a custodian at the Healing Hearts Counseling Center in Occoquan, had hidden a video camera in the center’s shower area.

The camera recorded the victim, a 37-year-old Alexandria woman, at least three times before it was discovered by a staff member Tuesday night, police said.

Rodriguez-Zabalbeascoa has been charged with three counts of unlawful taping and is being held without bond.
