The Washington Post

John Wall’s bounce-pass alley-oop from Sam Cassell

You might think I’d start this description of a pre-game highlight by joking about how the Wizards don’t have a lot of in-game highlights, but that’s clearly not true. The Wizards have an extremely high rate of in-game highlights, but it’s kind of hard to enjoy them, because they’re often accompanied by unpleasant scoreboards.

So let me just say that you can enjoy this pre-game highlight from Monday night completely divorced from scoreboard concerns. Which is good, because once the game started, Washington was outscored by Golden State, 41-24, in the first quarter.

This pre-game bounce-pass alley-oop from Sam Cassell to John Wall was nice, though.
