“I think it’s gonna be a great opportunity for me to connect with fans,” he told me. “I really haven’t been able to do it on my account by myself, so I think it’s going to be fun.”

Mack is finishing up his first year in the league, playing through a coaching change and roster shake-up. He saw two national title games while at Butler, was able to prepare for this season with no summer league or formal training camp and is the subject of one of the funniest game photos I’ve seen in a while.
