Monday, via the Hatchet, I brought you the story of GW part-time accounting professor and five-figure donor Robert Kasmir, who was honored for his contributions on Saturday and later ejected from the game.

The story itself is fairly remarkable, but this video from NBC Washington is even more so. It shows Kasmir raising his arms in triumph to the crowd, high-fiving a spectator and receiving a massive ovation as he’s led away from the court.

Incidentally, the story has already been picked up by ESPN.com, MSNBC.com and Deadspin, among others.
