Speed camera fines, synthetic marijuana on D.C. Council agenda

The D.C. Council is meeting Tuesday and is expected to tackle a number of issues before the legislative session wraps up in two weeks.

The council is expected to discuss proposed legislation to further reduce certain speed camera fines in the District. Other agenda items include a proposed ban on synthetic marijuana and bath salts, rewriting liquor laws, establishing “red-top” parking meters for disabled motorists, and possible campaign finance reform.
