8:40 A.M. Update:
I-395 North is very backed up at the 14th Street Bridge, so expect headaches approaching that spot.
I-95 North is snarled approaching the Springfield Interchange, and drivers heading north can also expect headaches around Woodbridge.
The accident on I-495 on the Alexandria side of the Woodrow Wilson Bridge is blocking the south right lane and right shoulder, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation.
8:15 A.M. Update:
An accident on I-495 North at the Woodrow Wilson Bridge is blocking the right lane and right shoulder on the Virginia side.
I-95 North is snarled approaching the Springfield Interchange.
7:50 A.M. Update:
In Baltimore, southbound I-895 has reopened in the Harbor Tunnel. You can expect residual delays in this spot for a while, so I’d avoid it for the time being, but the roadway has reopened.
7:30 A.M. Update:
An accident on the Maryland side of the outer loop of the Beltway at the I-95 triple bridges is blocking one lane and one of the shoulders.
7:15 A.M. Update:
There are some delays on I-395 North at the 14th Street Bridge right now, and these delays tend to hang around all morning, so you can expect congestion at that spot from here on out.
In Baltimore, an accident is blocking southbound traffic in the Harbor Tunnel. Avoid I-895 South and take I-95 South instead.
6:55 A.M. Update:
Drivers on the inner loop of the Beltway are experiencing some delays near Gallows Road.
I-395 North has some congestion around Duke and King streets.
Eastbound I-66 is also a bit backed up before Chain Bridge Road.
6:25 A.M. Update:
The accident on the outer loop of the Beltway before Connecticut Avenue has been cleared up.
