Street closures for Clarendon Day

The Clarendon Day street fair is set for Saturday between 11 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Arlington is closing three major streets to accommodate these activities, so prepare for some delays and avoid the area around the Clarendon Metro station.

The following streets will be closed to vehicular traffic (not pedestrian traffic) between 5 a.m. and 7 p.m.:

• Wilson Boulevard between Washington Boulevard and North Garfield Street

• Clarendon Boulevard between Washington Boulevard and North Garfield Street

• North Highland Street between North 11th Street and North Hartford Street

In addition, street parking will be limited around this event. Be particularly cautious when you are parking and make sure to look for any temporary signs restricting parking on Saturday. If your car is towed from a public road, call 703-558-2222.
