Inner loop jammed at Gallows Road

8:30 A.M. Update:

Delays remain on the inner loop of the Beltway at Gallows Road, and there are still issues on I-395 North at the 14th Street Bridge.

An accident at 15th Street and Constitution Avenue in Northwest Washington could cause some major headaches.

The accident on I-270 North before Montrose Road has been cleared.

8:05 A.M. Update:

There’s an accident on I-270 North before Montrose Road, so expect potential delays in that area.

An accident at 4th and H streets in Northeast Washington could cause problems this morning.

There’s also an accident at 18th and L streets in Northwest Washington.

A disabled vehicle in the 1200 block of 19th Street in Northwest Washington could slow traffic there.

7:45 A.M. Update:

In addition to delays on the inner loop near Gallows Road, I-95 North remains backed up at the Fairfax County Parkway. And I-395 North is still problematic at Duke Street and at the 14th Street Bridge.

7:25 A.M. Update:

Delays on the inner loop of the Beltway have worsened near Gallows Road.

7:05 A.M. Update:

I-95 North is very, very jammed up at the Fairfax County Parkway.

6:45 A.M. Update:

The inner loop of the Beltway is backed up at Gallows Road.

I-395 North is sluggish approaching the 14th Street Bridge and, to the south, around the Duke Street exit.

6:20 A.M. Update:

I-66 East is pretty jammed up approaching Chain Bridge Road.

The disabled vehicle on I-95 North has been cleared, but the disabled vehicle on the inner loop at Braddock Road remains on the shoulder.

So far:

A disabled vehicle is blocking one reversible lane on I-95 just north of Woodbridge.

And a disabled vehicle is also blocking the right shoulder on the inner loop of the Beltway at Braddock Road.

Looking at the traffic cameras around the area, things look pretty clear and smooth so far on the Beltway.
