Metro wants feedback on new Metrobus maps

Metro is preparing to overhaul the Metrobus maps showing where buses on more than 300 routes snake across the Washington region.

The transit agency posted drafts of the redesigned maps, which are meant to be simpler, cleaner and easier to read, and now they want to hear from riders.

Feedback and information could be incorporated into the final designs coming later this year, so riders can take a look and see what they think does or doesn’t work.

You can read more about the redesigns and leave feedback over at PlanItMetro.com.

Check out the drafts here: D.C., Montgomery County, Prince George’s County and Northern Virginia. (Here are the old maps if you want a comparison: D.C., Maryland and Virginia.)
