I-395 North jammed at 14th Street Bridge

8:35 A.M. Update:

An accident on the outer loop of the Beltway before Connecticut Avenue could cause delays there.

Wtch for delays on the Fairfax County Parkway near Popes Head Road due to maintenance work; northbound and southbound lanes will have alternating closures.

I-395 North is very jammed at the 14th Street Bridge.

MARC riders: Amtrak train 181 is running 30 to 35 minutes behind schedule.

8:15 A.M. Update:

An accident on I-66 East after Sully Road in Centreville is blocking the right shoulder and could cause delays.

7:55 A.M. Update:

The inner loop of the Beltway is very jammed up around Gallows Road.

The disabled vehicle on I-395 North after Glebe Road has been cleared.

7:25 A.M. Update:

A disabled vehicle on I-395 North after Glebe Road is blocking the right shoulder.

There’s also a disabled vehicle on I-395 South at the Springfield Interchange blocking the right shoulder.

7:05 A.M. Update:

A disabled vehicle on I-395 North at Seminary Road is blocking the right shoulder.

6:45 A.M. Update:

MARC train 407 is running 8 to 10 minutes behind schedule due to a mechanical issue and a sick passenger at Bowie.

6:30 A.M. Update:

I-395 North is pretty backed up at Seminary Road and Duke Street.

I-95 North is also slowing down before the Springfield Interchange.

Good morning, commuters! We’ll be keeping an eye on the roads and rails this morning, reporting any delays or issues — and we will need your help. If you hear about any congestion, delays, problems or anything at all, tell us in the comments section below or by tweeting @drgridlock.

Tuesday should be the coolest day of the week, according to the Capital Weather Gang. The morning will see sunny skies, while the afternoon and evening could see clouds and showers.

So far:

— A disabled vehicle on I-95 North’s reversible lane near Lorton could cause delays.

— No delays have been reported so far for MARC, VRE or Metro trains this morning.
