Drivers on the outer loop in Virginia Thursday should be alert for lane closures between the Eisenhower Avenue Connector and Telegraph Road as crews continue work as part of the Woodrow Wilson Bridge project.

Workers plan to close the right lane overnight from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. The project also has scheduled a 15-minute complete closure for just after midnight.

Officials also warned that the on-ramps from Telegraph Road to the inner loop will be closed for the installation of overhead signs from 11 p.m. to 2 a.m. overnight. Detour signs will be posted, they said.

Ramps from Telegraph Road to the outer loop are scheduled to be closed for road construction from 8 a.m. to noon Friday.
