MARC Penn Line train 409 (which was scheduled to depart at 6:13 a.m.) and train 421 (which is scheduled to depart at 8:10 a.m.) are going to have one fewer car than usual this morning, so passengers on those trains should expect overcrowding. If you usually take those trains and can avoid them, try to use another train.

This is due to mechanical problems stemming from Monday evening.

The MARC tracking system was down for much of the early part of the morning, but it is now working again, according to the Maryland Transit Administration.
