8:45 A.M. Update:

There are still big, big delays on I-395 North between the Springfield Interchange and the 14th Street Bridge.

I-95 North is also still snarled approaching the Springfield Interchange.

The traffic signals are reportedly out at Connecticut Avenue and Calvert Street in Northwest Washington. Remember to treat flashing or blank lights like a four-way stop.

There’s a disabled vehicle on northbound I-395 near the 3rd Street Tunnel. Keep left when you approach that area.

8:15 A.M. Update:

I-395 North is still a big problem for commuters this morning. There are delays at the 14th Street Bridge and multiple spots leading up to that.

I-95 North is no better, with in­cred­ibly heavy congestion heading to the Springfield Interchange.

7:50 A.M. Update:

I-395 North is very slow approaching Duke Street as well as at the 14th Street Bridge.

I-66 East is very, very backed up near Nutley Street.

7:25 A.M. Update:

There’s an accident on I-395 North at King Street that’s blocking the right shoulder. There could be other delays approaching this spot, so expect to encounter some backups.

I-95 North is pretty jammed in Woodbridge and the inner loop of the Beltway is crawling at I-66.

7:05 A.M. Update:

The outer loop lanes have reopened before University Boulevard. Expect some residual delays in that spot.

And the accident in Tysons Corner has also been cleared and the lane reopened.

6:55 A.M. Update:

An accident on Leesburg Pike at Gosnell Road in Tysons Corner is blocking the westbound left outside lane.

6:50 A.M. Update:

An accident on the outer loop of the Beltway is blocking two lanes and one of the shoulders before University Boulevard.

6:20 A.M. Update:

The accident on I-270 North to the south of Montrose Road is blocking one of the shoulders.

The disabled vehicle on I-395 has been cleared, but there are delays on I-395 North at Edsall Road.

A disabled vehicle on I-395 is blocking the right shoulder of the reversible HOV lanes.
