Kyle Orton, Miami Dolphins reportedly in contract talks

Kyle Orton, who is expected to be traded by the Denver Broncos by the end of the week, is in talks with the Miami Dolphins.

Orton is the first choice of General Manager Jeff Ireland, according to an Orlando Sentinel report. However, he is to make $9 million in 2011 and is seeking a multi-year deal that would pay him more than $6 million a year.

The Arizona Cardinals and Seattle Seahawks also reportedly were interested in Orton, but the Cardinals may be working on a trade for Kevin Kolb of the Philadelphia Eagles and the Seahawks reportedly were adding Tarvaris Jackson and were interested in Matt Leinart.
