LeBron James (averaging 29.8 points per game) was sent home from the Miami Heat’s shootaround Thursday morning because of flu-like symptoms and will be a game-time decision for tonight’s game against Kobe Bryant (averaging 30.8) and the Los Angeles Lakers in Miami.

“He didn't feel good last night,” Heat Coach Erik Spolestra said. “That bug has been going around.”

Several Heat players were ailing when the team’s five-game road trip ended. James scored 33 points Tuesday night in Miami’s victory over San Antonio.

Dwyane Wade will miss his second straight game with a sprained ankle and is day-to-day. He missed three games in December with a sore foot. Miami is 4-0 without Wade.
