Matt Hasselbeck will not be re-signing with the Seattle Seahawks, who are working on contract terms with Tarvaris Jackson, according to the Seattle Times.

Hasselbeck, an unrestricted free agent, has been the team’s quarterback since 2001. The Seahawks, along with four other teams (Arizona, San Francisco, Tennessee and Miami) had been in talks with Hasselbeck.

The Seahawks are in the process of reaching an agreement with Jackson, formerly of the Minnesota Vikings.
