Novak Djokovic does his best Maria Sharapova impersonation in new Head commercial

There’s a reason Novak Djokovic earned the nickname “the Djoker” and only part of it has to do with the spelling of his name.

The guy has always been a prankster, and regularly yucks it up on court after disposing of his opponents more quickly than expected. His impersonations of fellow players are infamous on tour, and his Maria Sharapova impersonation has always conjured up a good laugh from the crowd.

Now Djokovic’s racquet sponsor, Head, is taking things one step further with a goofy new ad featuring Maria Sharapova — as played by the Djoker.

When you’re enjoying one of the best tennis seasons of all time (Djokovic carried a 53-1 record into his quarterfinal matchup with Radek Stepanek at the Western & Southern Open on Thursday), why not have a little fun?

The ball’s in your court now, Maria.
