Andy Reid wasn’t kidding when he said the Philadelphia Eagles planned to be aggressive in free agency when the NFL lockout ended.

Reid’s Eagles pulled a surprise rare in the age of Twitter, landing the most-coveted free agent, cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha, after a day in which the New York Jets and Dallas Cowboys were believed to be the front-runners.
