During a tumultuous NFL career, Owens has dealt with plenty of turmoil and awkward situations galore both on and off the field. And his first year out of the league was hardly a cake-walk. But Tuesday’s show could trump them all.

During the (taped) program, which airs on CBS at 4 p.m. ET, three mothers of children Owens fathered will confront their baby daddy over his failure to pay child support.

Whether you’re a T.O. supporter or one of his many detractors, one thing is all but certain: this could get ugly.

The Yahoo Sports blog Shutdown Corner summed it up in its headline: “Terrell Owens to be eaten alive on Dr. Phil this afternoon.”

That sounds about right. Stay tuned...
