Who is participating?

Minnesota Rep. Michele Bachmann, businessman Herman Cain, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich (Ga.), former Utah Gov. Jon Huntsman, Texas Rep. Ron Paul, Texas Gov. Rick Perry, former Massachusetts governor Mitt Romney and former U.S. Senator Rick Santorum (Pa.).

Who will moderate the debate?

Maria Bartiromo, anchor of CNBC’s “Closing Bell” and CNBC chief Washington correspondent John Harwood will moderate the debate.

What is the format?

According to CNBC, the debate questions “will focus on the key issues facing voters—jobs, taxes, the deficit and the health of our national economy.”
