President Obama will hold two fundraisers in New Orleans on Wednesday before delivering remarks at the National Urban League conference there.

Republican challenger Mitt Romney has no public events scheduled on the first day of his trip abroad, which, The Post’s Anthony Faiola writes, “will take him into the heart of Obama country: Europe.”

Back on this side of the Atlantic, the Romney campaign will continue to hit Obama through surrogates at a series of “We did build this” events in swing states.

Here’s your look at the campaigns’ schedules for Wednesday, July 24, from the candidates’ press offices and the PBS News Hour Political Calendar.
