You can also participate. Write a factually correct, distortion-free campaign speech for Obama or Romney, in 400 words or less on a substantive policy issue or debate. List all the sources you’ve used, include your full name and e-mail address, and send it to outlook@washpost.com. If the facts check out, the Outlook section will publish the best speech next week.
