A survey of analyst estimates from Yahoo Finance predicts that the company will see $24.9 billion in revenue, with a 59 percent increase over the same period last year.

Buoyed by sales of the iPad 2, that would make this Apple’s biggest non-holiday quarter ever, Apple Insider reported.

Numbers to watch as Apple reports today include the number of iPhones and iPads sold. As Apple is expected to be releasing updates to the iPhone and possibly the iPad some time this fall, there’s a chance people will have waited to buy new devices.

It’s not all rosy news for the company, however. The U.S. International Trade Commission announced Monday that it will not review the company’s patent case against Kodak over patents relating to digital photos.

On Monday, Apple scored an early victory in another patent fight after a judge ruled that two of 10n Apple patents in the case had been infringed upon by HTC.
