The multiplayer preview for “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3” was released Friday by Activision Blizzard, showing off a new “support” mode:

(Note: The trailer, like the game, is for ages 17 and up.)

According to VentureBeat’s Dean Takahashi, who got some hands-on time with the new mode, players can now pick one of three types of warriors with specialities — Assault Strike, Support Strike or Specialist Strike — to make it easier for newcomers to play.
