The site reported that Apple has canceled its orders for HD (2,048 x 1,536) screens for the second half of 2011, because because factories aren't making enough screens of high quality.

The iPad HD — which some have also called the iPad 3 — was rumored to be making its debut with the iPhone 5 sometime this fall.

The tablet, according to a report from This is my next, was expected to be a “Pro” version of the iPad, aimed at people who would use the iPad for photo or video work.
