“I’m good,” Armstrong said following the Washington Redskins’ morning walk-through at Redskins Park. “It’s nothing serious. Just sore. I fell on that hard ground out there. It’s early in camp. So you kind of take a little time and relax a little bit. Everything will be good.”
Armstrong fell on his right shoulder while trying to make a catch during the Redskins’ training camp practice Thursday. Coach Mike Shanahan said late Thursday that Armstrong had injured his AC joint.
“I’ll get back there as soon as I can, if I can practice tomorrow or the next day,” Armstrong said. “But that’s not up to me. That’s up to the coaches.”
