The Washington Redskins will be without starting free safety Oshiomogho Atogwe for today’s game against the visiting San Francisco 49ers. Atogwe was sidelined all week with toe and knee injuries. He missed Washington’s game two weeks ago at Carolina with the same balky knee, which he injured in Week 6 against Philadelphia.
Meanwhile, Washington will welcome left tackle Trent Williams back into the starting lineup. Williams missed the last two games with a high ankle sprain. Also set to go today is tight end and leading receiver Fred Davis, who was questionable for this game with an ankle sprain.
Other inactives for the Redskins will be receiver Santana Moss (broken hand), lineman Willie Smith, linebacker Markus White, defensive end Darrion Scott, running back Tashard Choice and receiver Donte Stallworth.
