The Washington Redskins will officially be without starting right tackle Jammal Brown, who was hobbled all week by a groin injury. Starting in place of him against the Dolphins Sunday will be eighth-year pro Sean Locklear.
Also inactive for the Redskins will be injured wide receivers Niles Paul (turf toe) and Santana Moss (broken hand), linebacker Keyaron Fox, who has a skin infection on his knee, newly signed cornerback D.J. Johnson and running back Tashard Choice.
Active despite being limited by injury all week is starting free safety Oshiomogho Atogwe (knee, toe). No word yet, however, on whether he will start, or whether Reed Doughty will get the nod for a second straight game.
Newly-signed Redskins Kentwan Bmer (defensive end) and David Anderson (wide receiver) are active for this game.
