The Washington Redskins listed strong safety LaRon Landry, cornerback Josh Wilson, fullback Darrel Young and free safety DeJon Gomes as limited on Thursday’s injury report.

Landry is working his way back from a hamstring injury that forced him out of the final two weeks of the preseason and the first two weeks of the regular season. Wilson injured his back in last Sunday’s game against Arizona. Gomes suffered a hamstring injury in the same game, and Young was listed with the same injury.

Also limited on Thursday was backup fullback Mike Sellers, who twisted list left ankle in practice, coach Mike Shanahan said. The ankle swelled, and it was wrapped, but Sellers wasn’t able to finish the last portion of practice.

Not practicing for the Dallas Cowboys on Thursday were quarterback Tony Romo (ribs), center Phil Costa (knee), guard Derrick Dockery (knee), running back Felix Jones (shoulder), receiver Dez Bryant (thigh), cornerback Orlando Scandrick and receiver Miles Austin, according to the Dallas Morning News.
