Redskins coach Mike Shanahan said receiver Anthony Armstrong and fullback Darrel Young remained limited in practice because of hamstring injuries. Both are game-time decisions for Sunday’s contest against the St. Louis Rams.

Rookie safety DeJon Gomes also is a gametime decision with an injured hamstring of his own.

Shanahan said that he was more upset with the team’s third down struggles than with its red zone struggles. He is stressing the need to create more manageable third down situations by doing better on first and second downs.
