The Washington Redskins will face the Pittsburgh Steelers, Indianapolis Colts, Baltimore Ravens and Tampa Bay Buccaneers during the preseason-- if there is a 2011 preseason.

The team announced the schedule Tuesday afternoon. Washington’s slate features home games against the Steelers and Buccaneers and road trips to Indianapolis and Baltimore.

A resolution of the league’s labor dispute must be reached before preseason games can be held.

The Redskins’ preseason opponents went a combined 44-20 last season, and all but Tampa Bay made it to the playoffs.

The game against Baltimore would occur Thursday, Aug. 25 and would be nationally televised on ESPN. The exact dates for the other games have yet to be determined, but the Steelers’ meeting would take place between Aug. 11 and 15. The Colts’ matchup would be played between Aug. 18 and 22, and the Buccaneers would visit either Sept. 1 or 2. Those three games will be aired on NBC-4 and Comcast SportsNet.

The Redskins went 2-2 in their first preseason under Mike Shanahan last year.
