Trent Williams back at practice, Chris Chester still out

Left tackle Trent Williams participated in the Washington Redskins’ practice Tuesday.

It was the first time that Williams participated in full team drills since he suffered a bone bruise in his left foot during last Thursday night’s preseason-opening win at Buffalo.

Williams did not take all the snaps with the starting offense. Jordan Black, who had filled in for Williams, took some snaps at that position.

Williams missed Saturday’s practice and, after a day off Sunday for all players, participated in individual drills but not full team drills Monday.

Right guard Chris Chester remained sidelined from full team drills Tuesday by a sprained ankle.
