How did you entertain your Thanksgiving guests?

If this is how you entertained your out-of-town guests over the Thanksgiving weekend, by “camping,” then we need to have a word. (Matt McClain/FOR THE WASHINGTON POST)

Different people try different things when it comes time to entertain. Maybe you and the family camped out overnight to snag Black Friday specials — though we hope not. Maybe you overwhelm your out-of-towners with a delicious meal on the town — like you didn’t have enough to eat already. An armoatic sitdown at Etete, perhaps?

Maybe you take in a museum or gallery exhibition, such as “Unbuilt Washington” at the National Building Museum or the Warhol exhibitions at both the National Gallery and Hirshhorn. Maybe you took the group to see “Jersey Boys” or “Hairspray.”

Whatever your strategy, we’d like to know which activity or activities your extended crew liked best. Consider it a service to your fellow Washingtonians for when the out-of-towners return for the holidays in just a few weeks! Leave your answer in the comments or tweet us @goingoutguide. We’ll feature select responses in an upcoming post.
