This thing you should try: Majestic Bar & Grille’s duck-and-bacon burger

There’s no beef in this burger found at Bethesda’s Majestic Bar & Grille. It’s exactly as described on the menu: a patty formed from ground duck meat and bacon.

It’s topped with your choice of cheese and a tangy, harissa-like tomato spread (which it could easily do without), but the meat alone is worth the $12 price tag. How had nobody thought to do this before?
