And tonight, the Front Row, a three-day fashion event intended to lure folks to Bethesda Row, continues with a runway show at 7:30 and an appearance by razor-clawed reality TV fashion maven Kelly Cutrone.
So what should you wear? Well, let the ladies from last night be your guide. Think: lots of color (including a neon billboard of a blazer from Isaac Mizrahi for Target, bottom photo) and high, high heels.
A group of stylish young things from Sidwell Friends School broke out dresses thrifted in London and Topshop shoes. But slinky dresses or not, that didn’t stop them from hitting the crepe stand. This Copa Cabana-bright blazer reminded me a little of the neon banana prints Prada sent strutting down the runway for spring.
