You know what I’m doing this weekend? I’m staying as far away from football as possible. The soul-crushing end to the Redskins’ season, coupled with the hours I’ve spent searching for updates on RG3’s knee ligaments and, well, I’m just burned out. Wake me up for the Super Bowl. In the meantime, let’s see what else is on.

Best events this weekend

This weekend, you’ve got a visit by Big Sam’s Funky Nation, your last chance to see the National Gallery’s Roy Lichtenstein retrospective and a big-time antiques show. There’s also the local release of “Amour” and “Zero Dark Thirty,” both of which were just nominated for Best Picture.
