TBD dropped in at Saturday’s H Street Festival to find a scene that anyone who’s been to the neighborhood lately would barely recognize -- no aggravating streetcar construction, freshly hung H Street signs up seemingly every five feet, polished roads. All in all, writes TBD, it was a look that reflected “the reality that H Street had undergone recent, dynamic streetscaping; the various art cars that lined the avenue; the streetcar tracks that thousands of feet stepped across; and of course the booths of Capital Bikeshare, D.C. bike shop The Daily Rider, and other transit enthusiasts.” (TBD.com)
